Hi, we had a great time and hoping to provide some feedback to improve future guests’ experience. 1. Door lock wasn’t working so had to wait for the owners father to show up and help open up with a key… we only had one so that made logistics more complicated for a larger group 2. Lack of details on the house manual for operating the hot tub. We enjoyed one day of it working really well and the. It got very cool and couldn’t really enjoy it beyond that one time. 3. There was a lot of wildlife which was great but we even saw a black bear by the driveway so worth letting guests know to beware (especially if traveling with children) 4. Thermostat for main area was a bit funky and in some rooms too. Kept fluctuating hot and cold. 5. One of the rooms had a blackout that didn’t work. Thankfully the owners father helped manually roll it down but it had to stay that way during our whole stay. 6. There was little to no cell service in the area so you should warn guests to download all info beforehand. When we got to the house and the lock didn’t work I could t reach out to the concierge because I had no service, and the WiFi did not work outside. I also did not have access to the chat with the lock passcode so maybe send out an email with all details to main guest beforehand. We were saved by the owner answering via the door Nest ring bell 7. I asked whether there were grill tools and was told no but there were plenty (I think which were purchased with the grill) so you can update your kitchen/grill list and let guests know next time so they don’t bring their own the way we did. 8. There weren’t clear instructions on where the outdoor trash bins were. The driveway is a bit long and those bins were at the start of the driveway (far from the house) and too close to the neighbor for us to know whether those were for us to use. 9. Loved the bed sheets, robes and slippers. Particularly appreciated help setting the baby crib and high chair and having coloring books and other games for kids available. Thank you! 10. Top level concierge service with very prompt responses and information.

Loved this stay! It’s hard to see the TV during the afternoon, it might be easier if there were just a couple screens to block the glare. A ceiling fan on the patio would be nice, it’s hot out there! This house will be awesome when the controls are all connected to the app! What an amazing kitchen!

House was awesome!! We really enjoyed and relaxed. There were a couple of things that caused me to not do 10/10 overall. 1. I know there are no shades because the view is breathtaking. But even with a sleep mask, it’s pretty difficult to sleep when it’s so bright. 2. The water pressure is pretty low and there are only rainfall shower heads. After a day out hiking and horseback riding. We could have used a hand held shower head and lot more water pressure. 3. Hot tub was awesome and the views spectacular!! But it needed to be cleaned and filled up. Said it was 13 days past service time. 4. For the sauna, it could use some more directions on or near it.

The house was amazing. As is typical with every home, there are some maintenance issues that should be remedied for future guests... especially at this level of compensation. 1. In the upper level bedroom that shares the Jack and Jill bath, the blinds do not retract. 2. The entry door squeaks when you use it. 3. Dish cloths or a brush wand for cleaning dishes would be a great benefit. 4. Extra rolls of paper towels would be a nice addition. 5. Facial tissue throughout the home would be a nice addition... especially when you run out of paper towels. 6. A standard coffee maker & grinder for corporate retreats would be a nice addition. 7. The android tablet supplied has a burnt out display. We could hear that it was turned on, but could not see anything. 8. Main Level Bedroom has a damaged exterior door that is extremely difficult to close... the jamb at the latch looks to be damaged. This room also has a bathroom fan that will not turn off. 9. Upper Level primary suites master bathroom vanity lights do not shut off. 10. T.V. in the mater has no remote. 11. Tile shelf in the Jack and Jill is coming off the wall... held up only by the tile mesh. 12. Napkins would be a nice add. 13. Nespresso pods were too limited for an $8000 stay. 14. Door latch and handle on the door adjacent to the kitchen (non-sliding door) appears to be broke... only opens from the outside. 15. Aroma in the house is NOT coming from the oil diffuser... while nice, it is VERY strong.

This is our third time staying at Hudson Valley. We love staying there, as it is so peaceful with incredible views. But as one of your busiest properties, it is showing wear and tear, especially given the nightly rate. For example, half of the screen doors are missing or broken. The sheets for the master bedroom were pilled. There was only one sun umbrella where there used to be 3-4 for the pool area and one for the deck. Amanda, the property manager, was kind enough to drop off two new umbrellas during our stay, which we very much appreciated. Communication with the concierge was easy and they were responsive in addressing the issues. Despite the minor inconveniences, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning, hopefully many more times. Because we’ve stayed at Hudson Valley early in Wander’s management, we know what the “ideal” experience looks like. We are confident Wander will work to ensure Hudson Valley continues to live up to the standards you have set for all of your incredible properties. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to experience such a serene setting .

Hi, the only problems we had were : -one of the garbages in the kitches was half full when we arrived -there was only one regular nespresso when we arrived, the rest were decaf -we had a difficult time locking and unclocking the door with the app -we do wish you had a rewards program as my husband and I both travel a lot for work and vacation -we wish you had an earlier check in or a later check out Thank you! Everything was great and all issues were solved with communication.

We had the best vacation of our lives, so much to highlight! The Walla Walla house was everything we hoped for and more. It was stunningly beautiful with equally beautiful views of the Blue Mountains. The many amenities made for a luxurious vibe all week long. In fact, we were initially hesitant to explore the surrounding area because we didn't want to leave the house! The town, restaurants, and parks didn't disappoint either. We also greatly appreciated the concierge team's assistance and expertise when we needed guidance on a few household items. They were very responsive and kind! We hope to come back for another visit! I have an 8 Sleep and love it - I was delighted to see that there were 8 Sleep pods on the beds at this wander, but the water reservoirs were not there/missing/removed so we couldn't utilize them. If they arent usable, they should probably be removed because it confused my friends who didn't know about them, and they can make beds feel more stiff.

Measuring cups and spoons. Extra blankets and towels. Cleanliness was a lower score because the trash was not taken out in the laundry room and trash and used towels were found in drawers. Driveway gate was broken and the Tesla tags were expired. Door near gym was hard to lock. The house manual has outdated information. Overall an amazing experience for us but for the price point especially since we paid extra for our pet cleaning we expected a clean spotless house when we arrived.

The coffee is amazing. Love the snacks, all the water and drinks. We have stayed at several vrbos in Sunviver (Bend) Oregon. A nice bottle of chilled white wine awaits. Nit a sweet cheap wine but medium priced. The Orford house is so calming and peaceful. Never a sound.

The beds were sooo comfortable I’m literally buying everything at our home to mimic them. I heard your switching the mattress from the copper nectar to a smart bed so really hoping its a similar sleep because we LOVED it. The comforter was heaven. I love pretty much everything about the place. We will absolutely be back. We LOVE cave creek arizona and often come twice a year and now will do that here instead of the resorts.

It was clear that we were one of the first on the property, and as such, it was surprising but not deathly that there was only one workstation (instead of 3 or 4), and even that workstation was missing key items (speakers, microphone). The internet was also choppy and impacted a few of our Zoom calls. But everything else about the property and support was incredible. We had a chirping of a fire alarm (the kind where you can't figure out which one is beeping) and the support team got someone out right away to resolve it for us. Great house! I'll be back to this one for sure!
