Sun Protection

Even in cooler months, the sun can be intense at Sedona’s high elevation, so always wear sunscreen and sunglasses.

The desert is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including insects and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. Please do not leave your pets unattended outdoors.

Additionally, while Wander Sedona Canyon receives regular pest control service, it’s still common to see insects indoors during warmer months and monsoon seasons. Their presence isn’t a sign of uncleanliness—just a part of desert living.

Quiet hours start at 9 PM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-friendly home. Please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors as there are insects and other critters. Keep a very close watch on your pets outside, and don't forget to clean up their waste.

Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

Important: Pets are only permitted with prior approval. Failure to disclose a pet will result in a penalty fee in addition to the standard pet fee.
