Set in northern San Diego county with panoramic views that sprawl to the Pacific Ocean and span from Mexico to San Clemente Island. This California luxury vacation rental sits on 21 peaceful acres surrounded by natural beauty, with exclusive hiking trails, fruit trees, and over 1,500 new, maturing cedar trees. Looking for an event or wedding venue? Our expansive outdoor space, framed by the majestic Palomar Mountains, coupled with ample parking, provides the ideal setting for a remarkable cocktail-style gathering or an intimate wedding. We can comfortably accommodate 50 guests, but our spacious grounds can host even more, ensuring that your special day is magical.

A Mexican favorite serving tacos, breakfast fare, burritos, and quesadillas. Tip: if you place an order before you leave Wander Palomar Mountain, it will probably be ready by the time you descend the mountain!

Located inside Harrah's Resort Southern California, ‘ritas Cantina serves Mexican food for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Open 7 days a week. Business casual attire only.
Palomar Mountain State Park sits at an average elevation of 5,000 feet above sea level, making evenings cool even during the summer. For current fire restrictions, please call +1 (760) 767-4037 before heading out to the park.
A 737-acre preserve that offers more than 4 miles of easy-to-moderate hiking trails ideal for bird watching. Tip: there is a $3 parking fee so make sure you bring cash.
Hellhole Canyon County Preserve is a nearly-2,000 acre preserve that offers 13.5 miles of moderate-to-advanced trail opportunities. There are vault restrooms, potable water ports, a lookout point, and an amphitheater on site.
