Do not touch wildlife. The desert is full of birds, scorpions, jackrabbits, bugs, and lizards. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch, but may not be for everyone or suitable for small children.

We kindly request all guests to respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

We strongly recommend arriving in an AWD vehicle, as the short road leading to the property may be steep and bumpy. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy inside and out to avoid cancellation of your stay.

This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

Please note that the pool at the home is not heated. It is open seasonally during the warmer months, May to October.
