This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule and a strict minimum booking length rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The shared amenities that come with this rental includes access to the building fitness center, 24 hour hot tub, rooftop garden, outdoor seating areas, and pool.

It is important to note that pool access is limited to 3 people accompanied by the owner, and is subject to the owner's availability.

This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
