The serene waters offer an ideal setting for boating enthusiasts, while the property's proximity to the bay ensures quick access to the vibrant Miami lifestyle. The peaceful waterfront surroundings provide a sense of privacy, all while being conveniently close to the city's attractions and amenities.

Fine dining with beautiful views

Jaguar Restaurant | Coconut Grove

A vibrant Pan-Latin eatery known for its tropical decor and lively atmosphere, showcasing a variety of ceviche dishes, fresh seafood, and Latin American specialties like empanadas and lomo saltado. Open from 11AM-10PM daily.

Café La Trova

A café in Little Havana that transports guests to 1950s Cuba with its vibrant decor, live music, and authentic cuisine. The menu features classic Cuban dishes like croquetas, arroz con pollo, and their famed Cuban sandwich. Open from 5PM-1AM from Monday-Saturday; and 5PM-12AM on Sunday.

Mamey Miami

A spot offering a tropical culinary adventure inspired by the diverse flavors of Asia, Polynesia, and the Caribbean. You can enjoy dishes like curry-dusted cauliflower, truffle and hamachi tartare, and jerk-marinated short ribs in their indoor setting, or handcrafted cocktails in their rooftop bar. Open from 7AM-10PM from Sunday-Thursday; and 7AM-11PM from Friday & Saturday.

Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden

A garden featuring an impressive collection of tropical plants, including rare orchids, towering palms, and a rainforest display. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll through themed areas like the Butterfly Garden or take a guided tram tour to learn more about the diverse flora. Open from 10AM-5PM daily.

Venetian Pool

A historic oasis in Coral Gables, offering a refreshing retreat with its crystal-clear, spring-fed waters. Visitors can swim in the cool waters, sunbathe on the pool deck, or explore the charming grottoes. Open from 10AM-4:30PM Saturday & Sunday; 11AM-5:30PM from Tuesday-Friday; and closed on Monday.

Vizcaya Museum and Gardens

An Italian Renaissance-style villa filled with art and antiques. Guests can explore the grand interior rooms, each filled with European furnishings, or wander the expansive gardens that provide a serene escape from the city. Open from 9:30AM-4:30PM, Wednesday-Monday; closed on Tuesday.

Publix Super Market on SW 27th Ave.

A supermarket chain with a wide selection of groceries, plus deli and bakery departments. Open daily from 7AM to 10PM.

The Fresh Market

An upscale grocery store chain with an old-world vibe offering local produce, prepared eats, wine & more. Open daily from 8AM to 9PM.

Fresco y Más on 1525 Coral Way

A Hispanic grocery store offering a wide selection of grocery and liquor store needs. Open daily from 7AM to 11PM.
