Blue Eleven

A unique dining experience crafted by Chef Benji where guests are invited to experience the finest local ingredients through a seven-, nine-, or eleven-course tasting menu, with the option to add a wine pairing.  Menu highlights include butter-poached halibut, pepper-rubbed lamb, and pan-seared Caribbean lobster tail. Stone House Cafe

A charming spot in the heart of Charlotte Amalie where guests can indulge in a variety of mouthwatering appetizers like calamari arrabbiata, jumbo shrimp cocktail, and blackened shrimp taco bites; unique items like turkey and pork meatballs, conch ceviche, and local lobster fritter; and hearty options include sweet roll sliders, crispy sausage ravioli, among others.
