IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Arizona’s monsoon season may bring thunderstorms, high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or dust storms. Please keep windows and doors closed, secure umbrellas and outdoor cushions during storms, and avoid using the pool when lightning is present.
Pool service may be temporarily paused during severe weather. If you notice any leaking around doors, windows, or ceiling vents, please contact Concierge.
Insects are naturally attracted to light and may enter through open doors or windows, especially when seeking shelter from rain. In Arizona, it is not uncommon to encounter insects, including cockroaches, during the summer months or after heavy rainfall. While we maintain regular pest control in all our homes, occasional insect encounters may still occur during your stay.
- **Noise**:Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
- **Privacy**:To keep the property in great condition, authorized service vendors may access the home on a set schedule. Pool service occurs every Tuesday, and landscaping takes place every other Wednesday. Crew members will not intrude on your privacy inside the home during routine maintenance.
- **Occupancy notice**:This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Casitas
This property includes two casitas in addition to the main home, with bedrooms and amenities thoughtfully distributed across all three structures. The main home offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Casita 1 features a full kitchen, living room, king bedroom, and an attached bathroom. Casita 2 includes a billiards room, kitchenette, a twin-over-twin trundle bedroom, and an oversized loft with two king beds.
Before Using the Pool & Hot Tub
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the pool and hot tub, in order to wash off any chemical residue.
Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive regular maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking. Please do not set the A/C below 70°F.
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
- **Pool heating**:The pool is available for heating year-round for an additional fee of $100 per night, with a three-night minimum. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Note the heater may only be powered on once during your trip, and the maximum temperature would be around 82 °F.
- **No smoking**:Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
- **Amenity advisory**:This home is stocked with a starter supply of kitchen sponge, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee supplies, sugar and creamer, salt and pepper, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished once they run out.
