The fee covers the cost of the efficient propane heater. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival. Pet Policy: We welcome dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $175, but they must be approved. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company.
