You must be at least 25 years old to book. One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Per Walton County, FL regulations, Quiet Hours are from 9 PM - 8 AM and are strictly enforced. This is a residential neighborhood, and neighbors may report violations.

Please note that pool lights also automatically turn off at 9 PM.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is open seasonally for heating at an additional fee of $50/day. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
