The second ensuite bedroom offers both a queen bed and a full-size bed, giving families and larger groups additional flexibility without relying on an air mattress or sofa bed.

Four-story home: This is a multi-level property with several flights of stairs and no elevator. Please consider this before booking if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.

Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests at any time, in accordance with local requirements. Only registered guests are permitted at the property.

No parties or events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

No smoking: This is a smoke-free property. A $300 smoking penalty will apply per violation.

Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 11 PM–8 AM.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a $250 fee per pet. More than 2 pets require prior approval. Please include all pets on your reservation and let us know in advance.

Security cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed. There are no cameras inside the home.

The hold on your deposit will not take place until 2 days before arrival and will be released 2 days after departure provided that there's no damage to the property.
