Only registered guests can make use of the amenities. >Building administration requires that a concierge greets you and completes the check-in process in person. Therefore, late check-ins after 8:00pm will incur an additional fee of $500 MXN or $30 USD, which must be paid in cash upon arrival. >There is a maximum of 4 people per unit, including children ages 2 years and older. This policy is strictly enforced. >Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited. >Wristbands are required to be worn for the duration of a stay >Pets are allowed in select properties for an extra fee.
