This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Events

Wander Puerto Rico Villa is the perfect venue for birthdays, family reunions, and other celebrations. Please ensure that any event you intend to host on the property is disclosed prior to booking, as additional fees may apply. Feel free to reach out to Concierge for any questions.

Beach Access

This Wander is a beachfront property, so you can enjoy the beautiful beach throughout your stay. When returning from the beach, please make sure to rinse off excess sand in the pool shower. Please note that a sand cleaning fee will be charged if excess sand is found in the pool.

This is a pet-friendly home. Please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors as there is a variety of wildlife in the area. Keep a very close watch on your pets outside, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
