The native brush around the property is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including snakes and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The pool is available year-round. There is a $120/day fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors as there is wildlife around the property, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Keep a very close watch on your pets outside, and note that there is no grass. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
