Can I ship some gear to the house before my stay? Absolutely! However, please note that deliveries are at your own discretion; Wander will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or tampered items or packages.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that delivery will fall during your stay dates in order to prevent disturbing the guests at the house before and after your trip. Should your package arrive on a day that doesn’t fall during your trip, a $50 fee will be charged for our runner's fee.

Arizona’s monsoon season may bring thunderstorms, high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or dust storms. Please keep windows and doors closed, secure umbrellas and outdoor cushions during storms, and avoid using the pool when lightning is present.
Pool service may be temporarily paused during severe weather. If you notice any leaking around doors, windows, or ceiling vents, please contact Concierge.
Insects are naturally attracted to light and may enter through open doors or windows, especially when seeking shelter from rain. In Arizona, it is not uncommon to encounter insects during the summer months or after heavy rainfall.
Please avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.
We regularly perform pest control and take extra measures to prevent critters from entering our homes. Please keep doors and windows closed to keep them out.
- **Noise**:Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
- **Privacy**:Vendor Visits
To keep the property in great condition, authorized service vendors may access the home on a set schedule. Crew members will not intrude on your privacy inside the home during routine maintenance.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule, aligned with standard bed spaces in the 3 main house bedrooms and 1 casita bedroom. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
Hosting parties and events is prohibited at this home.

Please note that the main house has 3 King suites, while the casita has 1 King suite.
Before Using the Hot Tub & Pool
Important notice for guests: Rinsing off before you go to the pool and hot tub could help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew. Also, don't forget to shower thoroughly using soap and shampoo after using the hot tub/pool, in order to wash off any chemical residue. Infants must wear a swim diaper under a bathing suit—regular or loose diapers can come off and cause damage to the drainage system.
Maintenance: The pool and hot tub at this location receive weekly maintenance to ensure they remain clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required.
Before Using the Thermostats
When air units are on, please keep doors and windows closed so the air units don’t break. If you’d like windows or doors open, turn off the thermostat to prevent the unit from breaking. Please do not set the A/C below 68°F.
Before Using Outdoor Amenities
Due to the desert climate, outdoor furniture may collect dust, and cushions can be affected by occasional rain. Using a towel on cushions is appreciated, and please remember to lower all umbrellas when not in use.

- **No pets**:This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
- **Pool heating**:The pool is heated at no additional cost, but temperatures may be lower during winter months. The water typically warms during the day, though cooler nighttime conditions can cause natural heat loss.
Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

This home is stocked with a starter supply of kitchen sponge, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee supplies, sugar and creamer, salt and pepper, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished once they run out.
