Please note that this home is located directly under a flight path, and airplane noise may be noticeable at times. If you're sensitive to sound or seeking complete quiet, this may be an important factor to consider before booking.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Please note that amplified outdoor sound, including music, outdoor speakers, and TVs, is prohibited and must not be audible at the property line. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.

You must be at least 25 years old to book at this Wander; ID verification is mandatory.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 6 people overnight and 10 people in the daytime (between 10 AM to 10 PM). Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.

Only 3 vehicles may park at this home.

The pool & hot tub can be heated for an additional $75/day, or the hot tub only can be heated for $25/day. Please contact the Concierge if you'd like to arrange this during your stay. They are serviced every Tuesday or Friday.

This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
