This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Pool and spa heating (combined) is available for $1,200 + tax weekly, but only during the following periods: April 1 to May 31 and September 1 to October 31. Spa-only heating costs $400 + tax weekly.

Important: Please note that pool heating is not possible when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F, including at night. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool or spa heated during your stay.

Parking Fees
Please note that this home is within a gated community that requires a $100 fee per reservation for up to 4 vehicles. You may also avail of parking for additional vehicles, which has a fee of $25 each (maximum 8 vehicles).
