We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

The pool can be heated for $200/day. Reach out to Concierge at least 72 hours before your arrival to settle this charge and prepare the pool in time for your booking.

If you plan to bring a pet, please kindly message our Concierge team prior to booking. For guests with approval to bring a pet, to adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. Please read up on the Wander Rules page for more information on our pet policies.
