Waterfront communities attract a variety of wildlife including black bears and mule deers. Guests should exercise caution and observe animals from a distance, as they are unpredictable. We kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food in your car or outside (including residue in the grill), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

The smart thermostats for this property control heating and cooling by zones, not by floor. One zone covers all bedrooms, while the other controls the common areas. This means temperature settings may affect multiple rooms across different floors.

We kindly request all guests to respect the quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8:30 am. No excessive outdoor amplified noise is allowed.

We highly recommend 4WD/AWD and carrying chains during the snow months. Please be prepared and drive safely in hazardous weather - slowing down as much as possible.

Note that access is limited to the main house of this property. The garage and studio are off-limits to guests.

Children under 10 are not recommended due to its close proximity to the river. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Parents bringing kids under 10 will be required to sign a waiver.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
