Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Violating city quiet hours may result in fines of up to $2,500 or eviction.

This Wander is a single-level home and does not contain stairs.

The minimum age to book this home is 21 years old.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The pool is available year-round. There is a $150 per night fee to cover pool and spa heating at this home. There is a 2-night minimum for pool heating.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool or spa heated during your stay.

Parties & Events

Hosting parties and events is strictly prohibited in this property. Outside vendors, such as chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, and more, cannot enter the property without approval.

Damages

The credit card provided by the guest at check-in will be used to cover incidentals and city or HOA fines and violations.

Additional Services

Chef services, after-meal kitchen cleanup, and catering may be arranged with the host. Simply reach out to Concierge with your service inquiry.

This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
