Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This Wander is a single-storey home with no stairs. The fire pit and seating area by the pool is slightly elevated.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The pool is open for heating from October to April for a $125 fee per night. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Outside speakers, boom boxes, or DJ equipment are strictly not allowed on the property.

To make your stay even better, we provide add-on services for an extra fee:

Most Wander homes are pet-friendly, and we’re happy to welcome your furry companions during your stay. We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation, with a flat pet fee of $350 total, regardless of whether you bring one or two pets. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
