Please be aware that wildlife populations including bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind guests to avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill), secure all garbage, and keep doors closed.

We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy of 2 to above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

Please note that all bookings will be confirmed within 24 hours of being made.

There is a 2-dog maximum with a 60 lbs maximum weight each. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash at all times, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
