Street parking is available nearby. Please check for local signage and restrictions to avoid any fines or towing. Please note that there is a Vespa scooter stored in the garage. It is NOT available for guest use, but we kindly ask that you treat it with care and avoid moving or handling it. Parking in the handicap spot is strictly prohibited. Stairs: The home has multiple levels, including a basement and second-floor bedrooms. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, please keep this in mind. Noise: This is a residential area, so we kindly ask that you keep noise levels respectful, especially after 9 PM. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we also ask that you help us maintain a good relationship with our neighbors. Outdoor Spaces: Chicago’s weather can be unpredictable, so while we have outdoor seating available year-round, please note that the patios may not always be usable during extreme weather conditions. Cleaning: We provide professional cleaning between stays to ensure a spotless and comfortable environment. However, for longer stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Check-out: Our standard check-out time is 11 AM, and while we strive to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs when possible, these are subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you need special arrangements.
