Please be aware that wildlife populations including bears are high in the area, and we kindly remind guests to avoid leaving food outside, secure all garbage, and keep doors closed. You may check out more information on bears here.
Deer and an abundance of other large wildlife also frequently cross the roads of Catskills Forest. Please drive slowly and be on the lookout.
This property is located in a residential community with neighbors nearby. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, during which noise should be kept to a minimum. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
