There is poor cell coverage in the area. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app.

Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

Broken Bow is home to otters and turtles in the nearby pond. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution around wildlife and water features.

Meanwhile, ladybugs are delightful seasonal visitors to this home. They typically make their appearance in larger numbers twice a year, bringing a touch of nature's charm.

Please be aware that their presence may include some natural droppings, which are a normal part of their lifecycle.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Please note that the nearest grocery stores, gas stations, and other amenities are located approximately 25 minutes away, so plan accordingly for your needs.

Additionally, accessing the property requires a high-clearance vehicle due to the terrain.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-friendly home. Please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors as there are turtles and otters in the nearby pond. Keep a very close watch on your pets outside, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
