The mountains is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including bears, critters, bugs, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. 

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-friendly home. Please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors as there are bears, critters, and bugs in the area. Keep a very close watch on your pets outside, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
