There is a bathroom featuring a walk in shower and single vanity in the hallway off the bedroom. This residence also features a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and high speed internet! Located only a matter of steps to the beach, guests will find themselves in close proximity to the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse as well as restaurants including Mudbugs, El Cielo, Lighthouse Cafe, Wickie's and Lazy Flamingo, all located just a short bike ride from the front door of this residence.

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. Dock space is first come first serve and not guaranteed, although it is generally plentiful.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
