Troubleshooting steps
To find the server rack, first head to the crawl space in the cleaner's closet near the master bedroom. The server rack is slightly elevated, so you'll need to use a chair or step stool for easier access.
Look for the black Araknis router on the server rack or the silver UDM Pro. You can either reboot just the internet router (Araknis) or UDM Pro, whichever is easier for you.
To reboot either of them, unplug the power cord at the back for 30-60 seconds, then plug the cable back in. Please do not unplug the wires you see in front of the UDM Pro to avoid further issues.
Finally, once you're back online, you can perform a speed test to confirm that everything is working and up to speed.
