Troubleshooting steps
There are two potential reasons why the wifi is down – a router reset will likely do the trick, or it could be an issue on the ISP.
Here are the steps to restart the router:
First, head to the laundry room to access the server rack.
Directly below the server rack is a tan/white panel, and the keys are behind it in the bottom right.
Once the server rack is unlocked, look for the black Araknis router, as shown in the photo above.
To do the reboot, unplug the router’s power cord for 30 seconds to a minute, then plug the power cable back in.
Finally, once you’re back online, you can perform a speed test to confirm everything is working correctly and at the expected speed.
