Location of the controls
You can use the Qmotion white controls on the wall to adjust the bedroom shades.
How to operate the shades
Make sure the switch on the right side of the bed is turned on in the master bedroom. To adjust the shades, use the remote attached to the wall right above the switch. The shades can be fully raised or lowered by pressing the up or down button.

For the other bedrooms, turn on the switch straight to the right of the desk. The shades are operated by a remote located beside the left nightstand. The shades can be fully raised or lowered by pressing the up or down button.

Troubleshooting
If the shades aren't working, make sure that the correct light switch is turned on.
Meanwhile, if the controls don't have any lights, the battery may need to be changed/recharged, so contact the Concierge as soon as you can.
