Troubleshooting steps

1. If you’re experiencing slow internet speed, head outside to the satellite dish to adjust manually. Adjust the satellite’s direction to ensure all backside lights are on.  

2. Watch this short clip to learn how to adjust the satellite and restore the internet connection.

If there is no internet connection, check to see if there is any signal at the property. You can do this by accessing the UniFi console and checking the internet speed.

If there is no signal at all, go to the utility closet next to the gym and check the Ethernet. Make sure that the receiving wire on top of the gray panels is plugged in properly.
