How to remove the hot tub cover
To remove the hot tub cover, pull the red handle to release and unfold the locking mechanism.
As soon as you're finished using the tub, make sure to put the straps back on and the cover lifter down, as it can get extremely windy out there, and the cover might be blown away.

How to change the temperature
You can set your preferred temperature using the up (warm) and down (cool) buttons. Press either of the buttons once, and the temperature will flash on the LCD. While the number is flashing, adjust the temperature, then wait a few minutes for the set temperature to save. When the LCD stops flashing, you just have to wait 20-30 minutes while the spa heats the water for you.
When the hot tub is on Ready Mode, it means that the water will automatically maintain its set temperature, and you’re good to go!
How to turn the light on
Press the Light button once to turn the light on and a second time to turn it off.
How to do a hard reset
In case of overheating or a power surge, here are the quick steps for a reset!
You will find a black box across the fence from the AC units – over to the right of the hot tub. Right when you open the box, you can see a place piece that you can remove and stick back in to do the reset. This should do the trick and allow the hot tub to turn on. But if it doesn’t, flag the issue to our team so we can recommend other troubleshooting steps.
Hot tub cleaning and maintenance
We regularly service the hot tub's water between guests' turnovers to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required. Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could also help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew!
If the water seems cloudy or murky, nothing to worry about! Once you switch the hot tub on, the pumps and filters will activate, and with the help of sanitizing agents, it will clear the water up!
