How to Control the Shades at Wander Joshua Tree

After a fun-filled day, it's time to close the shades, dim the lights, and get some rest. Whether it's a quick nap in the afternoon or a long snooze in the evening, be refreshed and ready for the next adventure ahead.

Location of the controls
You can control the shades in the front guest room, back guest room, and master bedroom using the Wander app. In addition, each bedroom has a wall switch for the shades labeled Somfy. You can find it to the right of the door as soon as you enter the room.
How to operate the shades
You can open or close specific shades by tapping the window/curtain icon in the app's Control tab. If you want to make gradual adjustments to the shades, select the area of the home where you want to do so and drag the gray section up or down accordingly.

For the Somfy controls, select the channel labeled Shade, then press the up or down arrow on the switch. When it reaches the desired height, push the Stop button. You may also gradually raise or lower the shade by holding the up or down button.

Troubleshooting
Before pressing the up or down button on the Somfy controls, make sure to select the Shade channel. If any of the other channels/buttons are selected, the shades will not move. If no channel is selected, the shades will not budge too!
