At Wander Hudson Valley, you have the option of dipping your toes into the pool (available seasonally) or the hot tub (available year-round). Here's how to operate the hot tub.
Remove the hot tub cover by removing the black straps. The hot tub display should show a set temperature.
Press the “jet 1” button to engage the lowest speed. Press a second time to turn "jet 1" to high speed. A third time turns "jet 1" off. The "jet 1" indicator lights up when "jet 1" is on at high speed and flashes when "jet 1" is on at low speed.
Press the "jet 2" and "jet 3" buttons to turn these jets on. Pressing these buttons a second time will turn the jets off. The "jet 2" and "jet 3" indicator lights up when these jets are on.
Use the up/hot or down/cold arrow key to change the temperature. The temperature displayed will be your desired temperature and not the current water temperature. The hot tub will take some time to heat up to your desired temp.
Press the light button to turn on the lights. Press a second time to turn the light off. The “light” icon lights up when the light is on.
We regularly service the hot tub's water between guests' turnovers to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required. Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could also help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew!
If the water seems cloudy or murky, nothing to worry about! Once you switch the hot tub on, the pumps and filters will activate, and with the help of sanitizing agents, it will clear the water up!
