How to Control the Temperature at Wander Calistoga Valley

That's just one of the many reasons our guests love it here. While the temperatures are mild all year round, guests are welcome to control the in-house thermostat for added comfort.

During the winter, make sure the thermostat is always on. Not only does this ensure warmth throughout the home, but it also plays a critical role in preventing the pipes from freezing.

Another thing to keep in mind is to keep Fan Speed and Mode to Auto (A) at all times. Afterward, you can set the heating and cooling temperatures by selecting the average of your preferred temperature. For example, if you want the temperature to be 72 degrees, set the heat to 70 and the cool to 74.

Once the home has reached your preferred temperatures, you can get even cozier using other features. The steam shower is highly recommended, especially on cool days. The pool and hot tub are always a great idea all year round, too!
