Troubleshooting steps

1. First, head to the laundry room to access the server rack. It is located above the cabinets on the right as you enter from the kitchen. Please note that the server rack is slightly elevated, so you may need to use a chair or a step stool for easier access. 

2. Look for the keys for the server rack which could either be on top of the cabinets or the server rack. If you can't find them, please check inside the cabinets as well.

3. Once the server rack is unlocked, look for the black Araknis router, as shown in the photo above. 

4. To do the reboot, unplug the router’s power cord for 30 seconds to a minute then plug the cable back in.

5. Finally, once you're back online, you can perform a speed test to confirm that everything is working and up to speed.
