Location of the controls
There should be a Somfy remote to manually control the shades in the living room and bedrooms.
How to operate the shades
The remote has three buttons: up, down, and my at the center. Press the up or down button to completely raise or lower all the shades. Once the shades have reached your desired height, simply press the my button.
Troubleshooting
If the controls don't have any lights, the battery may need to be changed/recharged, so contact the Concierge as soon as you can.
