How to Use the Hot Tub at Wander Anchor Bay

In case you didn't know, Wander Anchor Bay comes with its own hot tub! Not sure how to use it? Here's a quick guide to get you started.

How to turn on the spa

Verify that the hot tub has no warnings or error messages on the display. If an error message appears on the screen, contact the Wander Concierge.

On all 4 sides of the hot tub, you will notice small little clips. Unclip each side to then allow the hot tub cover to be lifted. 

To turn on the hot tub, press the power button “mode” on the green panel. To adjust the temperature, use the up and down arrows. You can adjust to however warmer or cooler you need the tub to be. Please also note that 104 is the highest temp the tub can heat up to. 

How to turn on the jets

Use the jet buttons to turn on the jets.

If the jets are not powering on, please ensure that the jets are turned on all the way to the left. This should turn them on. An alternative is to press the “jets” button and if the symbol stops flickering on the screen, it means that the jets are actively working.

How to turn off the jets

You can turn the jets all the way to the right. Another alternative is to press the “jets” button on the green panel, if there’s a symbol flickering on the screen, it means that the jets are off completely.

How to turn on the lights

Use the “light” button to turn on the lights inside the hot tub.

How to adjust the temperature

Use the up arrow button to increase the temperature and the down arrow button to decrease the temperature.

If the hot tub doesn’t seem to be getting hotter, a symbol appears next to the temperature, which means that the hot tub is actively working to get warmer at the moment.

Hot tub cleaning and maintenance

We regularly service the hot tub's water between guests' turnovers to ensure it remains clean and healthy. This includes chemical balancing (chlorine/bromine and other chemicals), skimming, vacuuming, and tub brushing & filter cleaning as required. Rinsing off before you go to the hot tub could also help us clear the water of impurities for you and your crew! 

If the water seems cloudy or murky, nothing to worry about! Once you switch the hot tub on, the pumps and filters will activate, and with the help of sanitizing agents, it will clear the water up!
