How to Control the Shades at Wander Anchor Bay

After a fun-filled day, it's time to close the shades, dim the lights, and get some rest. Whether it's a quick nap in the afternoon or a long snooze in the evening, be refreshed and ready for the next adventure ahead.

Location of the controls
There should be a Somfy switch to the left of the bed for the main bedroom downstairs to control the shades.
While for the bedrooms upstairs, you'll find the controller by the door of each room labeled Somfy. It's located to the right of the door as you enter.
How to operate the shades
You can raise or lower the window treatments in the main bedroom using the Somfy switch beside the bed. If you wish to control the other shades, make sure that you switch to a different channel on the button.
For the shades upstairs, press the channel or shade you want to control and then press up or down to adjust the position. You can make simultaneous adjustments by pressing different channels at once.
Troubleshooting
Make sure to select which channel/shade you wish to control before pressing the up or down arrow. After choosing a channel and the shade is not moving, press the My or Stop button, and the shades should automatically return to their preset position.
If the controls don't have any lights, the battery may need to be changed/recharged, so contact the Concierge as soon as you can.
