How To Use The Sauna
Learn how to use the sauna with this simple guide
A sauna is one of the special amenities that come with select Wander properties. Instructions vary by property. So here’s how to use the sauna if you’re staying at one of the Wander properties that have this amenity.
Wander Anchor Bay
There are two knobs you will be using to turn the sauna on – the temperature knob and the timer knob.
To set the temperature, turn knob 1, which is on the left. To set the timer, turn knob 2, which is on the right.
The timer knob is what sets the delay until the sauna starts heating up. If you plan on using it later on, you would simply leave the knob on the first click.

2) You can also set an off-timer using the “time” up and down arrows.
3) There are both reading and exterior lights available on the panel.
Troubleshooting:
If there is no power to the sauna:
1) Ensure that all wires are properly plugged in.
2) If it is still not working, try checking the electrical breaker to see if the electrical has been tripped. The panel is a small gray box in the garage.
If the sauna is not hot enough:
Ensure that the desired temp is already adjusted on the panel.

There are three progress lights on the lower left corner of the sauna panel. If the light next to “work” and the light next to “heat” are both lit up, this means the sauna is actively working to heat up. It should take about 10-15 minutes. Check out our instructional video.
