What to Do If the App Isn't Working

Encountered a website glitch or app error? Here's what to do

Not only do our developers ensure that our platforms run smoothly around the clock, but they also work tirelessly to make improvements and add new features. But things can still go wrong sometimes—you may encounter the occasional website glitch or booking error in the app.

When that happens, here's what you can do:

  1. If it's an issue within the Wander App, delete and redownload the app. Alternatively, you may also update your Wander App to the latest version.

  2. If the issue persists or if it's a bug on the website, contact our Wander Concierge Team via the Wander App or website chat widget, or text at +1-737-377-3205.

  3. Let them know what error you're encountering. Attach a screenshot or screen recording if necessary.

  4. Depending on the issue, our Concierge Team will keep you posted via chat on the latest updates about the bug you reported.
