Our Concierge team is available around the clock to answer any questions you might have about Wander, and we made it easier for you to get in touch with them by opening up different channels of communication. All you have to do is to pick which method suits you.
Via the Wander App
Open the Wander app.
Select the "Concierge" tab and a dedicated Concierge team member will be with you shortly.
Via the Wander Web Widget
Open the Wander website on your chosen browser.
In the lower right corner, click on the round chat widget.
Click "Open Chat" to start a conversation with Concierge.
Via SMS
Simply text Concierge via +1-737-377-3205 and someone will be in touch shortly.
Via Email
Alternatively, you may email requests, questions, or proposals to hello@wander.com
