How to Cancel a Trip Due to Unexpected Events
Sudden change of plans? Here's how to cancel your Wander trip
We understand that unpredictable factors such as weather conditions and personal emergencies can affect travel plans or cause trip cancellations.
However, please be reminded that Wander is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.
To cover cancellations due to unexpected events, we highly suggest getting travel insurance, which offers packages that cover illness and weather. Guests without insurance will have to follow the policy and go through the standard cancelation process.
How to Cancel a Booking
Open the Wander app.
Go to the "Trips" tab.
Select "Edit trip" and then tap "Cancel your trip."
