Job Description: 

Wander is seeking an analytical and results-driven Channel Manager to elevate our brand presence across OTA platforms, optimize content, and maximize bookings. This role blends strategic OTA management with a strong aesthetic and marketing focus, ideal for someone with a keen eye for design and content quality. The ideal candidate will excel at leveraging data to drive results while showcasing Wander’s luxury properties through compelling visuals and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and manage listings across OTA platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.

  • Regularly review and adjust property pricing to maximize occupancy, revenue, and competitiveness.

  • Ensure property descriptions, imagery, and features are compelling, accurate, and aligned with Wander’s luxury brand identity.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align OTA campaigns with broader strategies.

  • Analyze performance metrics to implement pricing and promotional strategies that maximize occupancy and revenue.

  • Regularly audit and update listings to maintain a fresh, engaging, and competitive presence.

  • Maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers and negotiate favorable terms.

  • Stay informed on industry trends to keep Wander ahead of the competition.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance listings and promotional efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience managing OTA platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, preferably in the luxury travel or hospitality industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies.

  • Expertise in pricing management and familiarity with revenue management practices.

  • Familiarity with OTA management tools, channel managers, and property management systems.

  • Exceptional eye for storytelling, with experience creating and managing visually compelling content.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience negotiating with OTA account managers.

  • Proven ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
