Sponsor: WANDER.COM, INC. 98 San Jacinto Boulevard, Suite 400, Austin, TX 78701(the “Sponsor”).

DATES OF PROMOTION: “Wander’s 5 th Year Anniversary Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at
12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 5 th , 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2026 (“Promotion
Period”). All Entrants (defined below) must have access to the Internet in order to enter. Normal Internet, phone
and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service provider may apply.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who
are at least the age of majority in their state of residence (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one
(21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees and
officers of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, and each of its respective parent companies, franchisees, affiliates,
contractors, consultants, legal counsel, public relations, subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, sales representatives,
retailers, website providers, webmasters, advertising and promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and
any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion, including but not
limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”) herein (the “Promotion
Entities”) along with immediate family members of the Promotion Entities (parents, children, siblings or spouse)
regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household whether related or not are not eligible to
participate. Promotion is void outside of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and wherever else
prohibited or restricted by law. By entering the Promotion, Entrant indicates their full and unconditional agreement
to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all
respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to Enter: To enter, visit Instagram, LinkedIn, X or Tik Tok (the “Social Media Sites”) and locate the Wander
Anniversary Video on either Wander’s page or the executive accounts of John Andrew Entwistle, Kyle Tibbitts or
Sahil Mansuri to comment, like and tag another person and then share on your page to receive one (1) entry into
the Promotion.

You must be a registered Social Media Site user and your profile settings must be set to “public”. To become a
registered user, create a free account at any of the Social Media Sites.

Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Social Media Sites or
Meta Platforms, Inc. You understand that you are supplying your information to the Sponsor and not to the Social
Media Sites or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by Entrants online service will apply. If Entrant participates
from a mobile phone, such activity will be subject to the charges pursuant to their wireless service provider’s rate
plan. Entrant further understands that by participating via mobile phone, if they are a potential prize winner, the
Sponsor may contact them via mobile phone, which will be subject to the charges pursuant to their wireless
service provider’s rate plan. Please consult wireless service provider for more information. Entrants are solely
responsible for any related equipment and Internet access charges, if any.

There is a limit of sixteen (16) entries per Entrant for the entire Promotion Period.

Neither Sponsor nor any other Promotion Entities are responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or
undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or
transmissions or any other reason, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other
telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any
kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions,
typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed
submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized
account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line
service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential Grand Prize Winner (defined below) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the allowable number of entries by using multiple/different email
addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods, including, but not limited to,
automated entry, will void all of that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion.
Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Neither the Sponsor nor any Promotion
Entity will verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will
not be returned.

Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant whose social media
account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the
Promotion or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives
notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein.

DRAWING/ODDS: On or about May 31st, 2026, one (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be
selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend
upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be
conducted by the Independent Administrator, whose decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation
of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all respects.

GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) night stay at either Wander Joshua Tree, Wander
Badon Beach, Wander Tahoe Slopes, Wander Orford Cliffs, or Wander Anchor Cove (the “Grand Prize”).
The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,999.

Only the elements outlined in the Grand Prize description will be awarded. Travel expenses are not included in
the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all
other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, any other transportation,
meals and beverages, incidental expenses and gratuities. Travel and lodging elements selected by Sponsor
may be subject to change due to impracticability or unavailability, or for any other reason as determined
necessary by Sponsor or its designee, and are subject to any and all applicable health and safety protocols
(which may be dictated by provider/location policies and/or state and/or local government requirements – all of
which are subject to change at any time). Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded as
cash or otherwise. Grand Prize Winner must be accepted as a whole or will be forfeited in its entirety. If the Grand
Prize Winner and guest cannot travel on the dates specified by the Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its
entirety. Guests must be 18 years of age or older. All travel arrangements must be made through the entity
selected by Sponsor. All travel is subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Grand
Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Grand Prize Winner and guest will be required
to obtain and maintain all insurance (including health, liability and any other insurance). Grand Prize Winner
acknowledges and agrees that the Promotion Entities are not providers/carriers of transportation, or insurance
providers. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been
booked. Grand Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor or its designee. Promotion Entities are not
responsible for any changes of any element of the Grand Prize. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability,
and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. Any unclaimed and/or unused element of the
Grand Prize, or any element thereof, will remain the property of Sponsor or its designee. The Grand Prize
restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the described above may be subject to additional
restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Affidavit (as defined herein), and/or other travel or release
documents. Grand Prize Winner later found ineligible or non-compliant will be immediately required to return and
forfeit any prize awarded. In the event Grand Prize Winner and/or guest engages in behavior that, as determined
by Sponsor (or its designee) in their absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, dangerous, illegal or that is
intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or may cause harm, property damage or any
other loss, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and to send the Grand Prize
Winner (and guest) home with no further compensation.

Any prize pictured in advertising or promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the
actual prize awarded.

Grand Prize has no cash value and any unused portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded as cash or
otherwise. No transfer, assignment or substitution of the Grand Prize (in whole or in part), except that Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

GRAND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal,
state, and local laws, rules and regulations. The value of the Grand Prize is taxable as income and the Grand
Prize Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to all
applicable federal, state, and local taxes that become due with respect to the Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the
right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any part of the Grand Prize becomes unavailable due to
reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen portion of the Grand Prize.
No more than the one (1) Grand Prize as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

GRAND PRIZE NOTIFICATION/CLAIM: Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by the Independent
Administrator via email or any other available contact source provided at the time of entry within five (5) days from
the drawing date (the “Notification”). In the event the Independent Administrator cannot reach the potential Grand
Prize Winner via the Notification, the potential Grand Prize Winner does not respond by the date indicated within
the Notification, or if it is determined by the Independent Administrator/Sponsor, in their sole discretion, that the
potential Grand Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, they will be disqualified
(without compensation of any kind) and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected from among all
remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, and they will be notified as outlined above, time
permitting.

Except where prohibited, Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to the Independent Administrator, within the
date and time indicated in the Notification, an “Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release” and IRS form W-9
(collectively, the “Required Documents”) in order to claim the Grand Prize. Potential guest(s) will also need to
complete a Travel Companion Release document. If a potential Grand Prize Winner fails to sign and return the
Required Documents within the required time period, the potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits their right to the
Grand Prize and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible
entries received during the Promotion Period, time permitting. The value associated with the Grand Prize is
taxable as income and the Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all
applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the Grand Prize. The
Sponsor (or third party acting on its behalf) must report the value of the Grand Prize to the Internal Revenue
Service in the year the Grand Prize is received by the Grand Prize Winner and will be reported to the Grand Prize
Winner and the Internal Revenue Service in the form of a Form 1099. In the event it is deemed during the
verification process that the potential Grand Prize Winner does not have a unique, personal and valid
social security number for Sponsor (or third party acting on its behalf) to report the tax liability
associated with acceptance of the Grand Prize, potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and
another Grand Prize Winner will be selected as outlined above. Valid social security numbers will be
determined by IRS requirements. If it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that a potential Grand
Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, the potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits their
right to the Grand Prize and an alternate will be selected as outlined above, time permitting. In the event that a
potential Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor shall have no liability or obligation to such
individual.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By
participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree: [a] to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions
of Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the
interpretation of these Official Rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its employees,
officers, directors, franchisees, licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and
suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion from
any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal
injury or death resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand
Prize; and [c] if the Grand Prize Winner, to the use of their name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising,
publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor or Promotion Entities without further compensation (unless
prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. All Promotion materials are
subject to verification and are void if [a] not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through
legitimate channels; [b] any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered
with, mutilated or irregular in any way; [c] are obtained where prohibited; or [d] are mutilated, altered, copied,
hand printed, forged, water damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or which contain any printing,
mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for the Grand Prize.

Sponsors’ liability for defective Promotion materials is limited to replacement while supplies last. Entrants assume
all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Promotion Materials submitted to Sponsor and / or
Independent Administrator. Sponsor, its licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional
agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the
Promotion and their respective directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible and shall not
be liable for printing, distribution or production errors and Sponsor may rescind, cancel or revoke the Promotion
based upon any printing, distribution, production or other error without liability at its sole discretion. Sponsor and /
or Independent Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected,
illegible, or postage due requests or claims or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor
that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in
the Promotion or winning the Grand Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to
undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or
intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Independent Administrator or is in
default of any agreement with Sponsor. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotion, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, fraud, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, and conduct a random drawing from those entries for which only the advertised number of prizes will be selected. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.

NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor
and each and all of the Promotion Entities from and against any claims made by the Grand Prize Winner,
Entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of the Promotion as well as any other
claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of
any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any
prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity, in the Promotion or any claims based on publicity rights,
defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery.

INFORMATION/PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the Promotion, each Entrant consents to the collection, use and
distribution of their personal information (information that identifies an Entrant as an individual, name, email
address, and date of birth) by the Sponsor and Independent Administrator for the purposes of implementing,
administering and fulfilling this Promotion and, if consent is given at the time of entry. Sponsor will use all
personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available here: https://www.wander.com/privacy.

WINNERS’ LIST REQUEST: To receive a winner’s list, send a self-addressed, stamped (business size) envelope
to: “Wander 5 th year Anniversary Giveaway” PO Box 458, Newark, NY 14513. Requests must be received by July
1st, 2026.
